Q: How do you ship my purchase?

A: Shipping: We ship within the United States.
We ship with UPS, so standard UPS rates apply. In stock items will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours.  You will receive an email with tracking information when your package is shipped.

 

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Returns/Refunds: If you are not completely satisfied with your order you may exchange or return the item(s) within 10 days from the shipping date.  Item(s) must be unworn with all tags attached and in original condition. Please contact info@marissasroom.com or call (405) 640-5796 for a return authorization form and number.  The exchange/return must be postmarked within the 10 day period.  Additional shipping charges apply to exchanged items.  

 

Q: Will I be charged sales tax?

A: Sales Tax: A sales tax of 8.375% will be charged to all orders shipped within Oklahoma.
